Edge is on "The View" on ABC today. Oh boy, that should be fun for him. No "journalist" in the world is more respected than Star Jones, right? I've actually seen the show and will admit that I think Lisa Ling is pretty cool, since she's a wrestling fan and knew her stuff when The Rock was on the show a while back. But the rest of those co-hosts are about as different from Jimmy Van as you can get.
Dave Meltzer reports that the WWF has held meetings this week to discuss Scott "Raven" Levy's character and how (and when) he'll debut.
WWF.com recently did a feature on "Badd Ass" Billy Gunn, Tori, Hardcore Holly and Dave Hebner, all of whom have been recovering from their respective ailments. Gunn acknowledged that he's cleared to return on September 24, which happens to be the date of the Unforgiven PPV, but he's not sure if he'll be at that event. Tori is targeting October 6 as her return date (at a WWFDivas.com photo shoot in New York) but she won't be able to take bumps for a couple of months after that. Hardcore Holly is hoping for a late October return but hasn't yet been medically cleared, although his next scheduled doctor's appointment is on September 22. Dave Hebner has recovered well from the heart attack that nearly killed him, and expects to go back to his WWF road agent duties on Monday. Check out the full feature right here.
