Grabs
Mute-Grab the outside edge of your left ski using your right hand.
Japan-Kick your right leg out straight and with your right hand, reach behind your right leg and grab your left ski underfoot.
Safety-Raise both your knees to your chest, and use your left hand to grab the center of the edge of your left ski.
Stiffy-Extend your legs and use your right hand to grab the outside edge of your right ski in front of the binding.
Cross Stiffy-Do the same thing except use the left hand to grab your right ski.
Rocket-Extend your legs and use your right hand to grap the tip of your right ski.
Cross Rocket-Do the same thing except use your left hand to grab your right tip.
Tail Grab-Bend your knees to your chest and grab the edge of your right ski with your right hand.
Huntony-Just like a mute grab except the ski that is not grabbed is kicked out.
Lui Kang-Extend your right leg while bending your left leg up to your chest and use your left hand to grab the outside edge of your left ski.
