Welcome and I hope this site serves the needs for which you came here for. The services that will be provided on this site are more fitness related and will include first aid courses as well. I am a certified trainer in many areas and willing to travel. You must register for the courses by e-mail using the course in the subject line a minimum of 4 weeks in advance. If there are not enough people for the course they will be cancelled 3.5 weeks before the couse is to run.
