Hello and welcome to my brand new website. My name is Anne and I am a breeder of the magnificent Birman cats.
I have newly arrived in New Zealand, after spending the past 35 years living in Australia. It was in Australia where I fell in love with the Birman cats. I owned my first one in 1999 and it was a case of love at first sight!
I started breeding in 2000, when I got my lovely girl named Tara. Although I have only ever bred on a small scale, I am happy and proud to say that a couple of champions have come about through my breeding program.
Since moving to New Zealand this past year, I have only just started back with my Birmans. Life without my precious cats was no life at all I can tell you!
Now, a little about myself! Born in England, I emigrated to Australia with my family in 1969. We moved around quite extensively, before settling in Central West NSW. I met and married my husband John, who is also from England (although we met in Oz). We have 5 wonderful Sons, all grown up now. Three are living in New Zealand, and two live in Queensland, Australia. We have families spread over three continants. Living with us at present is our girl "Kalissa". Kally is a Seal Tortie Point Birman, who came to me from Louise Evans, owner of the "Kiamba" prefix. Kally is a beautiful girl, not only my Queen, but my Princess too!
Also a part of our family is our Border Collie Max. Max was a rescue puppy, who came to us when he was 10 weeks old.
I hope you visit the site often, as I hope to be adding to it on a regular basis. Please, have a look around.
