If you want to join, simply fill out the form after all the announcements.   Have you seen either of these on any of Tokape's Webring's sites? If you have, you will know that they are proud members of the Snorlax or Scyther Patrols. It is the Scyther's duty to protect the ring and remove any sites that break the rules of the webring. The Snorlaxes can check and add your sites for you. To join any of these you must already be a member of the ring (not in the queue), and you must be willing to do your job well.
