This behavior is a great way to act stupid and still impress others. "G's", as I call them, walk with a "pimp gimp"(limp), lack the ability to use adverbs and adjectives correctly, wear pantyhose on their head, and wear their pants at knee-heighth. These people act as if they are retarded, yet they still believe they are great talkers by using words like "wazzup"(what's up), "phat"(cool?), "ode"(old), "ghetto"(bad neighborhood), racial slurs which I cannot glorify by my use of them, and many other unintelligable words. It is also interesting to note that the use of these words in a spitfire way, known as rapping, makes this person that much cooler.
Also, these people often wear so much jewelry that bodily excretions can prove impossible, or so one would think. They use this guise in an attempt to show their real stupidity, walk in a way that draws incredible amounts of attention, and make themselves feel as though they could beat you like a red-headed stepchild, when, in reality, their pants would just fall off and their own jewelry would kill them.
My conclusion is that these people are like the Nazi's, no matter how dumb they appear, they like to feel as though they are part of a group and they have the ability to boss people around.
