Sryup Cream is having a big manga and anime contest for all you otakus, mangakas, and awesome artists out there. Submit your greatest pieces of artwork at SyrupCream and enter its first contest EVER! Of course, as with every contest, these rules apply: YOU MAY SUBMIT ARTWORK DRAWN BY SOMEONE ELSE, BUT YOU MUST NOT TAKE CREDIT FOR IT. For example, you may submit artwork drawn by your sister/brother, but you may not say that you yourself made the effort to draw this picture. When you submit the drawing, you must include the name of the person who drew the drawing. I ask that you at least be honest with me and do so, and that the person who drew it knows you're entering it in a contest and has given you their permission. You may also submit group artwork (artwork worked on by you and others), but you must remember to include the names of all the people that worked on the drawing. YOU MAY NOT SUBMIT ARTWORK DONE BY PROFESSIONAL ARTISTS AND CALL IT YOUR OWN. This rule speaks for itself. That would be somewhat vandilism, and I do not tolerate that kind of competiton on my website.You may copy artwork from them, but you must at least give some info on where you got it from or the artist that drew it. ARTWORKS DONE ON THE COMPUTER ARE OKAY, just print out or scan your artwork and send it to my local e-mail address. NO ADULT-RATED ARTWORK. I will not except any nude pictures, hentai, ecchi, etc. If the person you draw is not revealing any private body parts, than this nudity is okay (but it would be really nice not to get any at all!). Also, no gore, blood, etc. A fighting scene is exceptable, but you must try to avoid drawing any blood at all. PUT ALL YOU'VE GOT INTO YOUR ARTWORK!!! This does not mean you cannot create comical/humorous drawings. Just be sure that you've tried your best to make it look beautiful enough to be in a contest, and that it at least has a chance of winning (not that nobody will not have a chance of winning). Please do not enter comicstrips or anything of the sort. A comical picture is fine though. DO NOT SEND YOUR ARTWORK LINKED TO A SITE, meaning your artwork must be sent to the local e-mail address provided. I will not expect your artwork placed on another site besides my backup site, www.surelyyall43.blinkz.com. All submittions must be sent to this local e-mail address: taylorexpress@yahoo.com . A NEW CALENDAR HAS BEEN ADDED A new Syrupcream Calendar has been added to this website, which can be an advantage to both you and me!! If you'd like, you're birthday, can be added to our calendar. Just e-mail me with the subject reading: "Calendar Addition" and write your birth date. Also included a name for yourself (either your real name or a fake one) and what your new age will be. Please note that although I cannot put your name on the calendar every year however, but you may continue to send birthday e-mails occansionally during the years. Please do not be offended if your birthday is not noted on our calendar the year you submit a letter--you're birthday will be entered along with the next year's selected people. If not, I will try to fit your birthday in somewhere. If I can, I will try to send an online card for each person that sends a birthday e-mail and is placed on the calendar (you may not get one if you aren't written on my website). Also note that it would be apreciated if you DID NOT submit birthdays of friends or other events special to you, because I also have to include holidays as well, so not doing this well help increase the amount of space I have on the calendar.
