A little about myself:
I was born Stephen Starliper on July 19, 1960 in the wild and wonderful state of
West Virginia, in the little town of Berkley Springs, in Morgan County. I grew up
in a large family with three sisters and three brothers. I am the middle child of seven.
I was raised in Western Maryland, I worked for 18 years for a large corp. until my early
retirement in 1998. I came out to my family and friends in 1996, and now have been
disowned by them all. My gay friends tell me to not worry, because this is just as hard for them to accept as it is for me. They tell me that they will someday realize that I
am happy, and will come to accept me for who I am, and not what I am.
I moved to Orlando on July 4th, 2003, from Fairfax, VA after being kicked out of a 5 1/2 year relationship. I was invited to Orlando by some very special friends, to start my new life. It has been a blessing to find friends that deeply care for others. I am so glad I have this friendship here, and am so happy to be away from the Northern States. My Ex has did me a huge favor, by telling me to get out. Thanks to him I have met someone special.
I have a wonderful lover Eric. Eric and I met through the web, at Planetout/Personals. There were many 2+ hour phone talks and we met on March 26, 2004, and it was magic. Eric moved into my three bebroom home and we have things pretty much set up now. Eric has made me feel like someone again, he never once had a problem with the way I look or anything else. He sees me for who I am from the inside not just the outer looks. We have a wonderful little Cat (Sage) she is very spoiled. We love doing outdoor activities such as planting, and gardening. Dr. Pepper is my favorite soft drink.KFC, and Long John Silvers are my favorite places to eat in a hurry. I love Red Lobster for a more dining experience. As time passes I will add to this page, please e-mail me if you would like to see anything or know anything more.
