| This realm was made when Gogeta and vegeto2000 used the Dragon balls to make sure they never were too weak to fight the forces of evil. They made sure that in this one time would freeze and they and they only could control the gravity inside. If anyone that doesn't have their permission to go does so happen to go in they can't train and time will not be stopped for them. |
