July 26-29, 2001, in Nashville, Tennessee, after days of alcohol, coercion, threats, and Lord knows what else, Pat, Shelly, Angela M. (Bay) Buchanan, Tim Haley, and their associate gangster-slaves managed to drum up 127 people to proclaim they were the majority of the Reform Party from all the states in the USA. A total of 187 "registered delegates" or less than one third of those eligible to attend were permitted to vote. But, seventy or less "delegates"actually made the MISSOURI decision that caused the rest of the convention to turn into this mobocracy meeting. And the "majority" of that tiny mob would have been the "majority" of the ILLEGALLY seated California delegation.
What a phony farce proclaiming to be representing the real reformers of the USA.

At stake, the deal obviously cut with the Bush gang prior to selection 2000 and Sir Buchanan, his CIA directed comrade(s), and One World Government Republican thugs as promised, reduced the party from 19 per cent who voted for Perot in 1996, 8 per cent who voted for the party nationwide in 1996 to the less than 1 per cent of the vote granted to Reform in 2000, then to smoldering ashes of extremism and promoters of hatred, violence, racism, and chauvinistic bigotry 2001. As one patriot stated after listening to Buchanan's speech to his little phone booth party delegation, "He obviously knows the party is deceased and he did nothing to inspire or motivate for anything to change." Of course not---under the guise of claiming to protect the lives of the unborn this thief, said to be a Knight of Malta, who has helped usher in the One World Government since his days with the St. Louis Globe-Democrat and a Washington DC insider with President Nixon's criminal regime; was paid over 12.6 million of the USA taxpayers money to destroy the only political party considered a threat to his comrades intent. Sure the One World Government will protect the unborn and all of the slaves they seek to let serve only as the elite directs. Kill, kill, kill, lock and load, execute, execute, lock and load, execute and YOU WILL DO AS WE SAY OR ELSE---those who don't respect life or any rule of law, claiming to be PRO LIFE. What a sad joke! In fact, the Reform Party mobocracy meeting in Nashville 2001 was a good exercise in just how the Republican thugs operate and intend to maintain control of the ballot box and any and all opposition political parties.

Now back to the Nashville Renaissance Hotel Funeral of Buchanan's Deformed Rethugicon Auxiliary Phone Booth Party---

On Thursday after walking around in the hot, humid streets trying to find the parking for the hotel (which come to find out there wasn't any except for what is leased through the public library system) I began to try to find out who was challenging the RPMO real delegation and on what grounds. I found the Credentials Committee was in hearing and not accessible, did not answer my knocks on the door and convention chair and PJB paid agent, Dan Charles, just didn't know what I could do, but wait. At any one time perhaps 15-20 people could be found trying to watch a small TV monitor in a darkened room and listen to the Credentials Committee hearing on the California delegation. It didn't take long in listening to that testimony to see that the real California delegation also was being forced out by those Buchanan assumed would not be a threat to the Republican regime. As the hours wore on I finally caught Frank Reed, chair of the Credentials Committee in the hall during a break, and got him to state the Mo. hearing would start within about 15 minutes. I had some helpers move our two large tubs and two briefcases of "evidence" on the non air conditioned elevators to the floor where the hearings were being held and I managed to "steal" a glass of lukewarm water from a room being set up for something else. About an hour later Greg Roberts, Dennis Carriger and I were finally admitted for the Mo. hearing.

I objected to the fact they were permitted to fill out their challenge forms as part of the hearing and I had not been presented with any challenge to even be appearing there. They then went on to proclaim the lie that I had been elected by the 1997 State Committee, was not eligible to be elected anything, and had shut out they and all the members. Most of the time prior to the entry of the other two "challengers" was spent with Roberts stummering and stammering and defaming my character proclaiming I had done this or that, including voted for Nader (which he changed to Hagelin on the floor the next a.m.) and relying on no laws or rules for his "delegation's" legitimacy. Although I tried to present the laws and rules and simple facts I already knew this committee would do one of two things---either send the matter to the floor direct or simply insist Roberts had to be included in our delegation. When a knock came on the door Reed quickly answered it and then returned and asked us what we wished to do regarding Lindstedt and Keller also wishing to bring challenges. They were admitted to share my microphone and to fill out challenge forms. It appeared Keller was only trying to substitute himself for others he had thought were going to attend and Lindstedt was proclaiming he held the only legitimate 7th Congressional district "convention" (although fact was he and Roberts had blocked access to the public library and had been asked to leave the library by library personnel) and "state convention". (Lindstedt's beef had started over his insisting I was going to seat his relatives and associates on the state committee, in spite of there being no law or by law that permitted me to do so.)

Roberts and Carriger had a booklet proclaiming the "2001 Official Report and Statement", which inside included a phony, mixed up time line filled with lies and NO LAWS. I had not been provided a copy and was thus grateful that Ms. Bacon insisted I be permitted a copy so she could inquire about the time line. I urge everyone to ask for a copy of this bogus report bearing the Buchanan "American Cause" money grabbing logo on the front and bound identical to Matt Blunt's campaign 2000 materials. ("Al Capone" Roberts gjrtorino@yahoo.com or Nancy Blank nancy@abapplique.com or anything but decent, Don Griffin, decentguydon@juno.com) A couple of items of significance appear amongst the lies. The list of those Roberts claims are the membership include the vice chair of the Constitution Party of Mo., several known Republicans, and several from out of state. Also exhibited is a copy of the postcard mailed by Roberts from Springfield, Mo. March 7, 2001 and illegally calling the state convention of RPMO under the claim GreeneCounty had all the rights to organize the entire state. Greene County does not have any special privileges under any laws and has never even organized a Reform Party county committee. Amazingly those postcards ramble about numerous issues, but do NOT mention PRO LIFE. Obviously after the bogus "RPMO state convention" Buchanan and gang decided the pro life issue would destroy the party faster and more permanently than the other issues.

Reed asked each group to write out a list of the delegates we had present and accounted for at that time. I specifically asked him if they had to already be in Nashville and he said, "Yes". Roberts submitted names of those who were not arriving until the next day. And after the convention Cherilyn Bacon reported the list was supposed to have been a list we had all worked out together as a compromise list. I was never told that at all, although I did include Keller and got one of those present for the Roberts faction as invited to the convention by Lindstedt, Kline, to also agree to be on the real list---others refused or could not be found. (Roberts later claimed Kline was elected at his bogus April "state convention".)

After the Credentials Committee met in executive session, Reed was real nervous and Roberts and Carriger had left. (Just as they had helped set the stage in the convention hall complete with six copies of Roberts'-Bacon's stolen logo contest entries vs. 1-2 from other entrants as the back drop to the yellow fringed military rule flag; Haley-Buchanan had the script well written so they knew the Credentials Committee hearing was only a spoof.) Upon my insistence Reed told me they had voted to seat the "Pankey delegation" with the compromise of filling some of the slots from the other groups. I kept insisting on knowing who they filled slots with and finally he let me copy from a torn, scribbled piece of paper. Of significance and concern Roberts had been added to the delegation---in spite of the fact his membership in the party does not exist. Carriger on the other hand had not been seated. I immediately went into a sincere compromise mode and went to trying to round up those who had been added to talk with them and to find Carriger to try to work out replacing Roberts with him. Hours later obviously returning from some of the long hours of drinking James Edwards of Tennessee and who was a member of the Credentials Committee reported after the convention, Carriger blew up when I tried to talk with him and said "They can't do me that way. I'm the most qualified delegate at this convention. I will be a delegate." Roberts obviously also drunk or stoned, acting like his Ashcrock buddies tried to shield Carriger from my talking with him at all and then got in my face saying there would be no compromise. Wiggle, wiggle and for the next 2.5 days what went on behind closed doors, in the bars, and in the shadow of "Al Capone" Roberts' red shirt proudly sporting "Buchanan for President" on the back certainly demonstrated no respect for life, no belief in the freedoms this nation were founded upon, and simply MOB RULE at its worst.

By early Friday a.m. Roberts was in my face telling me I might as well hang it up and go home and they would be the delegates. I actually had already been forewarned by scripture and could not have been seated as a delegate with Roberts had the Credentials Committee report been adopted, but realistically I also know the list of delegates for this charade 2001 could have been listed 2-4 weeks previous to the mobocracy meeting. That a.m. the Bible open in the sleazy hotel I was in had Psalm 26 and my eyes instantly were drawn to verse FIVE---"...Do not be seated with the wicked" and verses NINE THROUGH TWELVE, speaking of evil and bribes. (King James version of Psalm 26 appears below.) Just as I had to accept the burial of our last remnants of free and fair elections in the fall of 2000 and then this intended funeral of the Reform Party USA, I had to cling to faith in knowing TRUTH will eventually prevail and all the evil liars, who have sold their souls for money and power will forever be begging for a cup of water from the flames that consume them.

But, that hot July morning in Nashville, I continued in a compromise mode and tried to work something out to remove Roberts from the delegation so the others could function properly and in peace.

Dan Charles waltzed through the hall so very shocked that the convention room was unlocked and, of course, Roberts and Reformers for Life Assembly had a table inside, right beside where the Mo. delegation was to be seated plus were dancing all over the floor setting their meeting in place. Of course, Reformers for Life Assembly, not registered anywhere as a legitimate entity, was collecting money and continued to violate the rule throughout the "convention" of having delegates operate the table.

I was asked to meet with the Pennsylvania delegation to explain Roberts relationship with the Constitution Party. That had not been my theory, but I was happy to meet with the Pennsylvania delegation nevertheless. However, once they permitted Roberts and Carriger to join the discussion and a couple of people within the Pa. delegation insist permitting the RPUSA to serve "like a UN monitor" over Missouri and come in and organize the party I threw up my hands and said, "There cannot be such a compromise. We shall not be seated with the wicked." And I walked away. Later one of those from Pennsylvania who had made the "offer" came to beg me to realize they had meant no harm and it wasn't as it had appeared.

By that time the real Mo. delegates had been intimidated out of our seats and had moved to the back of the room like good little sheeple. Although furious, I joined them for lack of a better plan.

For starters in throwing his literal 300-400 pounds around, Moan declared a quorum in spite of only a few states having people present. And the sheeple recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the red, white, blue and YELLOW fringed MILITARY USA flag over ignored objections by the RPMO state treasurer and state chair. Moan announced that the minutes of the convention 2000 could not be read due to new litigation. One could have provided the nation with energy for a week from the evil that could already be felt in the room. How God must have weeped when the opening prayer was offered.

After going through the Credentials Committee report and some debate and discussion of the California problems, just a few moments before noon, Roberts and his gang began to work the floor suddenly. Cooney of Kansas made a motion, seconded by Lynch of Illinois (and used as an officer for Reformers for Life Assembly---which does not include Cooney because he most likely is CIA) that the "Griffin delegation" be seated as the Mo. delegates. Now, bear in mind there had been no mention of a "Griffin delegation" for any hearing. Before we could get from our seats in the back of the room people had lined up to take most of the debate time. As if anything we could say would matter anyway since our words were not part of the script written in Malta, China, or wherever. Jessica Putnam-Hughes (Putnam being, of course, a key player in Southwest, Mo. Blunt-Ashcrock-Bush Republican Party politics) quickly took the mike to defame the real Mo. delegation. And once I finally got the floor, Cooney disrupted my statement insisting I needed to be interrogated as to who I voted for in election 2000. Moan called me back to the microphone so he could interrogate me as to whether members were removed, which, of course I did not remove any member from anything. But he insisted on a YES or NO response and left some people thinking I "purged members" ILLEGALLY AND ON MY OWN. That, of course, also was just Moan's way of earning his reported new home and Buchanan bonus and part of his hatred for women who dare have a brain of their own. (Everyone should realize the state chairs that Moan keeps purging from their positions are women and are replaced by men appointed by the Buchanan mob. ) Right after Moan usting the power of the chair to interrogate me both for embarassment and intimdation and overly influencing the outcome, the vote was called and Moan claimed those standing voted in favor of seating the "Griffin delegation". A mere 139 delegates had been registered at the time of that vote and Moan said a simple majority was enough. It is doubtful there even was a simply majority or 70 for seating the Griffin delegation, but that small MOB decided the rest of the "convention" anyway. (And the California delegation, which was also invalidly seated, accounted for over one third of the delegates. Look what that leaves to have decided the California fate.)

SIDEBAR (Why would Haley state that Griffin and Roberts had a most unusual relationship and "Griffin appears to be taking orders from Roberts. He's acting like his slave." ? Why did several people snicker when I asked at some point if Bacon was one of Moan's women and I asked about his wife? Did Moan used to actually sell Chinese underwear? And is he on the Republican Party payroll as a female? Did Dan Charles fake a "heart attack" so he and an HMO, hospital can transfer some of the bribe money? Whew---one never knows what may be heard at a mobocracy meeting.)

Back to the script--- Shortly thereafter, just before the noon recess, Cherilyn Bacon, who had appointed me as chair of the logo sub committee as directed by Moan and then set it up such that suddenly she and Roberts had control of the design, then oust me as chair when I complained; came walking past where I was sitting in the back of the room. In addition to the Roberts-Bacon stolen designs dominating the backdrop, each Buchanan gang approved delegate was forced to wear a tag with three or more of their design on it. I announced to the entire meeting what she and Moan had done and about the phony designs on the backdrop banner and delegate cards. Since I don't really need a microphone to speak I probably was louder than Moan, who blurted out what really was happening at this meeting---he said there would be no "MOB RULE" at his convention. Typical Rethug loyalists have proclaimed my OUTBURST was INSANITY. Of course, all good little sheeple ignore EXPOSING CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES. I have a duty to continue to use my voice to expose corruption wherever it is found. I would rather be six foot under than a sheeple nor a slave to the thugs who think they can totally destroy this nation.

The real Mo. delegates began to insist we merely pack up and go home IMMEDIATELY and just let the thugs have the ashes. I talked at length with the contract parlimentarian and he said there would be lots of additional times to challenge who was seated as delegates. He said the Credentials Committee would have to make a report each time the group assembled. However, all of my later challenges were ignored and the Credentials Committee never did make additional formal reports. Finally on Sunday a.m. after most people had left and Moan declared there was not a quorum, Ms. Bacon provided a copy of those who had been seated as the Mo. delegation. I had asked for such repeatedly from the time they were seated. And on Saturday night, early Sunday a.m. one California delegate had been found to have been registered, but then never allowed to be seated. Her one vote would have made the difference in the so called pro life vote, but she was not permitted to vote.
