James admires Jessie and looks up to her, pure and simple. He just has a hard time expressing himself
in any situation, let alone he's slightly afraid of. Although Jessie may be a goddrss in his eyes, he's afraid of her.
Jessie's attacs may put a sign of affecton to her, but James sees it as punishment(It is in part, but there's more to bludge oignings that meets the eye.). His admiration is seen in his easy submission to the costumes. When he's crossdresses,
he's trying to plese Jessie, mabie make her laugh too, so he can get on her good side. I think a lot of the times it agrevvatres her uncomfortable(like wow! Dont I make the coolest girl?! ****WACK!****!) James isnt very cammandive, his nature is very childlike and innocent exept when he's trying to be a villain, and as a child he needs guidance. Jessie's the teacher *.*!
Would James initiate the relationship? Yes. James would be the initiator because he's a lot less independant than Jessie and would be more ready to admit his admiration. In fact I Dont think he'd make it without Jessie, he needs someone to lead him. ALthough Children need gently love, I think Maybe jesssie uses tough love to finally help him grow up. But the child spirit is inside James.

Would Jessie admit the relationship? NO. She's too strond and independant to admit that she needs someone else. Also,Typpically the male is dominant in a relationship which would'nt be the case here.but Jessie may not realise that. Jessie would bow to no man, not even James.
