In the world of pokemon there is plenty going on. The new games for pokemon (pokemon fire and leaf) are selling threw the roof. Plus pokemon cards are also going to get an added feature. Pokemon trading card packs Team Rocketex are being sold now. Now i'm gonna fill some space by telling you about gameboy top ten games pokemon ruby and saphire. In the game you can go threw many things you couldn't in the older pokemon games. There's new pokemon, two on two battles, pokemon contests, and a new pokemon leage with a new pokemon champion. Two on two battles are battles in which you need two pokemon to participate in. You may use more than two. In a two on two battle you send out your first two pokemon in your party (at the same time) and attack the opponents two pokemon, while taking turns. Whitchever pokemon is fastest goes first, then second fastest, and so on. Pokemon contests are where 4 pokemon are first shown to the audeince and the audeince votes for who they like the most. In the second round the pokemon do moves, and the judges vote on who did the best moves. The votes are added up to find the winner. The winner receives a ribbon and a picture of there pokemon on the wall. Well that's all for this months news story. Have fun in the rest of the site. |

Everyone knows about the new pokemon games Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen, right? Well Pokémon FireRed is nominated for a Spike TV Video Game Award so don't forget to cheer it on! Speaking of FireRed and LeafGreen, I have some news on those games. You heard that each game comes with a Wireless Adapter, right? This adapter lets you connect with up to 40 people in the Union Room, where you can chat, trade, and collect Pokémon without cables! Ditch the cables, and you have the most free-roaming and interactive Pokémon game ever! Lets not forget the battling two or four players can battle at once using the wireless features, and up to five people can chat at a time (although forty people can be in the Union Room at once). Your own private network means that you can share strategies, tips, and even Pokémon with each other freely! There will be more than 100 Pokémon to battle, bringing together for the first time the worlds of Kanto, Hoenn, and Orre! The connectivity between Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, Pokémon Colosseum, and now Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen will now finally bring the complete world of Pokémon into the palm of your hands! Now I have plenty of news on more Pokemon games. Speaking of Pokemon games, Pokémon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition is a great way for new Pokémon Trainers to enter the Pokémon universe, and it gives experienced Trainers a new challenge in their quest to become the world's greatest Pokémon Trainer. The major innovation in Pokémon Yellow is the starring role of Pikachu. You start the game with a Pikachu, which is the only one in the game. If you place Pikachu in your party, it will follow you around. Pikachu's mood will change depending on how you've been treating it. Other Differences between Pokémon Yellow and Pokémon Red or Blue:
* Pokémon Yellow is compatible with the Game Boy Printer. For example, you can print out pictures from your Pokédex.
* Pokémon Yellow features all-new pictures of all Pokémon found in Red or Blue.
* Your Pikachu can evolve into Raichu, but must first be traded to Pokémon Red, Blue, Gold or Silver.
* You can enter a new building just below Fuchsia City and, if you have a Surfing Pikachu, play a side-scrolling minigame. This game is also called Surfing Pikachu. Your goal is to perform as many radical stunts as possible. You can print out your high score. Gnarly!
* Weedle, Kakuna, Beedrill, Ekans, Arbok, Raichu, Meowth, Persian, Koffing, Weezing, Jynx, Electabuzz and Magmar are not found in Yellow. You must trade for them.
* Other Pokémon are found in different areas.
* On a Game Boy Color, the enhanced colors in Pokémon Yellow are better than the colors seen in Pokémon Red and Blue. However, the opening sequence is the only portion of the game that uses GBC's full 56 colors. Like Pokémon Red and Blue, Pokémon Yellow is fully compatible with monochromatic Game Boy systems.
* Jesse and James, the bumbling Team Rocket duo, are found several times through normal game play.
* Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle can all be found in Yellow. To receive them, you must complete special tasks.
* Gym Trainers use different strategies and are more difficult to defeat.
* The Unknown Dungeon is different in this version.
* With two Pokémon Yellow Game Paks, two Game Boy systems and a Game Link cable, you and a friend can enter three new battle modes: Pika Cup, Poké Cup and Petite Cup. Well that's it for this time stay tuned for more Pokemon news. Enjoy the rest of the site.

Hey everyone, how's it been? It's been a while since I updated this site, right? Well I got alot of news in the world of Pokemon right now. Here is some interesting facts in the world of Pokemon. There are two types of Pokemon jets: Boeing 747 and Boeing 767. They are owned and operated by a Japanese airline company known as ANA (All Nippon Airlines), and have been flying in the skies ever since 1998. These are pretty interesting airplanes. The outside is decorated with many different Pokemon characters and logos, and on the inside, everything has to do with Pokemon. The flight attendants wear Pokemon aprons, you rest your head on Pokemon headrest covers, and you drink from Pokemon cups. Getting a ride on one of these planes would be the ultimate journey in the air for a Pokemon lover! Please choose a link below to look at various pictures of the jets.
Have you ever heard about an episode of the Pokemon television show that gave seizures? Well, if you like Pokemon, then you should know. What's the story behind it? Read on...
The episode was titled Electric Soldier Porygon, aired during 1997, and it's obviously about Pokemon. It came before Pikachu's Goodbye, and after Ditto's Mysterious Mansion. It would have been episode number 38 if this and another episode before it weren't banned. In this episode, there was a scene were Ash and gang were inside a computer with Porygon, and missles exploded. The explosion of the missles created a bright flashing of red and blue. This caused seizures for over 700 Japanese kids who were watching the episode. This was a really serious issue, and Pokemon stopped airing for a few months. How could this happen? Well, bright flashing lights do cause seizures.
4Kids Productions did dub this episode, and slowed down the frameskip on the flashing red and blue, but they never aired it. So up until today, no country except for Japan has shown this. |
