As of 12/26/2000 she has not been served any summons for court nor been placed under arrest. On December 10, 2000 she was elected Chairperson of The Reform Party of Missouri. The U.S. Postal Service withheld her mail from December 8 through December 23, 2000 without any notice or explanation. On December 23 someone from the U.S. Postal Service set a tub of mail in front of the door and now their abandoned property, marked as a felony for theft or misuse thereof remains under the mailbox on the front porch. Through an out of state attorney she finally was able to find out she is charged under the Code of Federal Regulations and is not charged under any criminal statute, which the U.S. Attorney even has jurisdiction, however, she anticipates Ashcrock is already arranging that she will be indicted for some bogus crime instead. THE SILENCING MUST BE COMPLETE.

11/16/2000 Today Marvalene Pankey, who was the Reform Party of Missouri nominee for Missouri Secretary of State 2000 has released the following public statement:

"While trying to relax after traumatic events in the City of St. Louis, Missouri election night and a tough campaign filled with harassment, threats, and intimidation, I became aware of the statewide media splash that I have been charged in U.S.District Court, Springfield, Mo. for supposedly causing a disturbance in the U.S. Post Office in my home town of El Dorado Springs, Missouri. If this were not a serious attempt to silence me, the absurdity of all the media coverage this has gotten and fact U.S. Attorney Steve Hill himself gave the report to the media would be a laughing matter; especially since it is supposedly filed in the Springfield federal court where former U.S. Senator Ashcroft has major power and where I have often been very critical of the federal and state judges, Assistant U.S. Attorneys, and defeated sheriff who would just love to announce me as one of his numerous jail 'suicides'. I am, however, fully aware that the purpose of this is to get me into the federal system for the purposes of silencing, a court ordered mental evaluation to discredit and humiliate me, and federal incarceration to punish me for having exposed Mo. public corruption and simply not backing off to the Mo. organized criminal elements.

For the record---I did not create any disturbance at any post office. I was harassed repeatedly throughout campaign 2000, often directly by Mo. Secretary of State Select, Matt Blunt and Mo. Republican Party workers. I was essentially the only female who campaigned statewide after the primary and I believe others were driven from the campaign trail in part because of the intimidation and harassment that was going on.

My campaign mail was delayed repeatedly or not delivered at all or delivered damaged. (Some other minor party candidates have also reported mail delays during the campaign. It should also be noted that the U.S. Postal Service has now been implicated with delivering absentee ballots inFlorida on a redirect for mass vote fraud.)

The U.S. Postal Inspector and State of Missouri Mental Health Coordinator each left business cards, without any note or request for any response or contact, on my mailbox and door at my home within hours of the unofficial announcement I had won the primary election. Prior to that for 4 days surrounding June 8 (the anniversary of another traumatic event in the same Republican dominated county) the City of El Dorado Springs police beat on the doors and windows of my home, contacted neighbors and claimed to be trying to serve a letter from the city attorney, who had already settled the moot points where the city was trying to claim I was a new resident and therefore not eligible to be certified as a candidate. The city police lacked all jurisdiction to serve a mere letter from the city attorney. After the cards were placed on my door August 9, 2000 I voluntarily contacted the U.S. Postal Inspector and inquired of the nature of his visit. He never contacted me to ever tell me the nature of his visit or why he had placed his business card in the top of the mail in my mailbox and apparently come to my home with the State of Mo. Mental Health Coodinator.

I have never had mental health treatment nor am I in need of an evaluation nor treatment now.

I have exposed massive public corruption in the State of Missouri and beyond since 1986.
