Sprintza Tova was a second cousin to Yisroel Landau whom she married. Benjamin Zeev Wolf Landau's father was Eziekel Landau, the son of Zvi Hirsch Witeles Landau (paternal grandfather of Noda B'Yehuda). Shprinza Tova's mother was also the daughter of a female Horowitz who was the daughter of Jacob Jokel Horowitz (son of Meir Tiktin Horowitz and a female Katz) and Raizel Heschel (Raizel's father was Joshua Heschel, the son of Issacher Beirish Babad (died 1690 Krakow) the son of Abraham Yehoshua Heschel. To clarify: Shprintza Tova's maternal great-grandmother was Raizel Heschel, the granddaughter of R' Issacher Beirish Babad, the son of R' Abraham Yehoshua Heschel of Cracow.
Shprintza Tova Frankel had been married to and then divorcedYisroel Landau, the son of the Noda B'Yehuda, Rabbi Yechezkel Landau. The circumstances that led to the divorce were mentioned by the Noda B'Yehuda himself in his sefer. It seems that Yisroel had been offered a prestigious rabbinical postion in a place where according to his wife there would be a deprivation of religious influence for the children. As a result, she and Yisroel divorced. Their two sons had a relationship with their grandfather the Noda B'Yehuda. References were made to a specific visit that the two boys had with their grandfather when one of them had been about to have his Bar Mitzvah.
