RATINGS PHILOSOPHY:
A team is responsible for two basic things:

First and foremost, WINNING or WinPct (WP). However, a team's record is relative to the opposition played. This is Adjusted Winning Percentage (AWP).

Second, is Point Domination or Point Ratio (PR)--Scoring the most points while allowing the opposition as few as points as possible. However, this too is relative to the points scored and allowed by the opposition (APR).

System PCT (SP)-A team's overall rating compared to the 'average' team (.500SP).
