| Why do we need a Management Company????? |
| Before the Management Company -- we had:
1 - Lower Quarterly Fee's!!!!
2 - One on One contact with our Board of Directors!!!!
3 - Less mistakes!!!!!
This company is the Moe, Larry and Curly of management companies!!!!
This was said by a board member!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Who has our checkbook????? The Management Company!!!!
Who is paying themselves from our reserves???? The Management Company!!!!!!!!!!!
And how much have we paid them for this three year contract?????????????????????????
Over $24,000.00 -- That's Right!!!!! - Over $24,000!!!!!!!!!!! For three years of mistakes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a waste of MONEY --- YOURS!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| The budget passed by your Board was a joke!!!!! For some reason they think that expenses will decrease from last year!!!!! Ask them WHY!!!! We are about $10,000 or more behind last year and our expenses to date are over our projection!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When is the assessment coming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why are we spending over $12,000 a year on the common grounds???? They are WEEDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go over to the end of Millwood Village and LOOK!!!!! $12,000 for what???????? |
