If the rollercoaster you're using has the "corkscrew" option select it (either left or right.) It will automatically switch to the opposite side (left to right visa versa.) but all you need to do is select the the same thing(left or right corkscrew.) now you'll have a sort-of U-turn. stick a wall or something in front of the U-turn and it'll look like the rollercoaster will slam into the wall.
