Area of operations Present Activities Presently we are actively engaged in data entry, data processing and operating the call-centre of Godrej-GE in Calcutta. Besides, we are also a service franchisee of Godrej-GE in Calcutta & Mumbai and DSA of SBI Caps in Mumbai. We also run EDI service centre at Custom House, Calcutta. 1. Call Centre We run the call centre of Godrej GE appliances at Calcutta, where we book all service calls in a computerized system and transmit the same electronically to the company. We also follow-up and update service calls on behalf of the company. We have 8 lines with hunting facility and seven trained operators for this service. 2. Tele Marketing We are telemarketing the newly launched Annual Maintenance Contract Scheme of M/S Godrej-GE for their various products in Mumbai. 3. EDI Service Centre We run the EDI Service Centre at Calcutta on behalf of Calcutta Customs. All import and export related documents are entered in the various modules of EDI software and we have 20 operators and 2 supervisors for this project who are working on 7 days a week. We also have three operators who are working at Calcutta Port to enter data using the same software. 4. Data Entry & Data Processing Job We are a vendor of CMC Ltd. and they outsource a part of their data entry job through us. We also do the balancing work for certain branches of SBI. 5. Direct Marketing We also have a Direct Marketing outfit. This involves Promotion and Sales including Field marketing and Telemarketing. We are also responsible for marketing some select products and services of M/S Godrej GE. 6. Service Franchisee We are operating as a service franchisee with such prestigious organization as Godrej GE Appliances for their various products such as Washing Machine, AC & Refrigerators. We had also operated as a service franchisee of Eureka Forbes for their products viz. Aquaguard, Vacuum Cleaner, and Dehumidifier. We are also involved in providing technical support services. |
