• Hosted by: Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler
• December 30, 1999
• Reported by: Adam Silverstein

• The last SmackDown! of 1999 began with a montage from last Monday's Raw is
War including the match where Mankind got fired from the World Wrestling
Federation. Michael Cole then announced that SmackDown! would have a look
back on Mick Foley's career as Triple H and Stephanie McMahon-Helmesly were
shown being confronted by Kane and Tori. Triple H explained that Mick Foley
got what he deserved and asked Kane for a favor -- a no holds barred match
against The Rock. Triple H and Stephanie then tried to convince Kane that
The Rock has been looking at Tori as Kane accepted the match with a stare.

• Big Bossman and Prince Albert pinned Test
- While Test was shocked by the handicap match, Stephanie and Triple H were
shown laughing in their "office". The Bossman and Prince Albert double
teamed Test for the most part of the match. After a sizzors kick by Albert,
Test was put out for the three count.

• While Triple H was playing with a tie that Stephanie was wearing, the
Fabulous Moolah and Mae Young walked in and explained that they were hurt
becuase they were friends with Mick Foley. Stephanie then said that they
were a disgrace to the WWF and ordered them to either face the Hollys
tonight or get fired. Following the commercial break, Al Snow was shown in
the office overjoyed about Mick Foley's firing and asked for his spot.
Triple H then said that he would have Mick Foley face Jeff Hardy so that Al
Snow would face him; he added that if Snow won he would get a bonus.

• In the first edition of a "Classic Mick Foley" series, the "Jimmy Snuka
portion" of Mankind's interview with Jim Ross in 1997 was shown. After the
commercial break, a second edition was shown having Mankind squaring off
against The Undertaker in one of their classic matches.

• Kurt Angle pinned Rikishi Phatu
- Instead of after, Rikishi Phatu and Too Cool danced before the match.
Kurt Angle then picked up a microphone and offered the crowd to be its
honorary hometown hero; instead, the crowd booed and Steve Blackman made his
way to the ring. It was announced that Blackman would be handcuffed to the
ringpost so he could not interfeer in the match. Rikishi dominated the
first minute of the match as Blackman unlocked himself from the cuffs; he
then hit Rikishi with a weapon to allow Angle to get the pin.

• In a third edition of the "Classic Mick Foley" series, Foley was shown
immitating Jimmy Snuka and leaping from the top of a cage in a match against
Hunter Hearst Helmesly.

• In the backstage area, Tori was shown getting a Mountain Dew from a soda
machiene as Stephanie confronted her to tell her something about The Rock.
Stephanie told her that The Rock likes to violate women and even imagines
himself with Tori.

• Jeff Hardy pinned Al Snow
- Jeff Hardy opened up the match with high-flying moves as Al Snow slowe
dhim down with his power. Both men suffered in a grueling match as Matt
Hardy ran down to hit Snow with a steel chair and let his brother get the
win.

• The fourth edition of the "Classic Mick Foley" series showed the Hell in a
Cell match between Mankind and The Undertaker. In the fifth moment shown
after the commercial break, Mankind was shown winning his first World
Wrestling Federation Heavyweight Championship!

• The Hollys pinned Fabulous Moolah/Mae Young
- The Hollys quickly stomped on the Fabulous Moolah as Mae Young was tagged
in. Crash was on the top rope as Moolah shook it to allow Young to his an
extremley modified and messed up bronco buster. Hardcore then attacked her
from behind for the pin as Mark Henry entered to get beat up. Harvey
Wimpleman then ran in, took of his top, and stood up to Hardcore; he
recieved an atomic drop for his troubles.

• The Rock Interview.
- Backstage, Tori ran away from The Rock as Michael Hayes tried to interview
him; The Rock then walked back into his dressing room confused.

• Following the commercial break, Dude Love was shown introducing Mankind
and later Cactus Jack in the sixth edition of the "Classic Mick Foley"
series.

• The Rock pinned Kane
- In a no holds barred match, Kane began to dominate and brought The Rock
outside of the ring to the SmackDown! enterance way. The Rock then began to
fight back and knocked Kane off the enterance way and onto the same table
that Shane McMahon fell on earlier in the month. Kane then picked up The
Rock and chokeslammed him through a table as Tori looked on with a gleam in
her eyes. Both men reentered ringside and The Rock threw Kane into the
steel steps. Tori then tried to steal a steel chair away from The Rock, but
The Rock just threw it down when Kane attacked him. Kane then accidentally
clothesliend Tori as The Rock hit him from behind with the chair and then
delivered a Rock bottom on the chair for the pin.

• In the seventh moment of the "Classic Mick Foley" series, Mankind was
shown introducing Yurple and Mr. Sock to Vince McMahon and the world for the
first time.

• Mick Foley Interview, Hosted by Jim Ross.
- Mick Foley explained that he had already spoken to his kids about not
wrestling and although they didn't want him to stop, they understood. Foley
said that, in a perfect world, he would like to retire in the main event of
WrestleMania as the WWF Champion. After being asked the question, Foley
said he had no bitterness towards The Rock because he had to do and keep his
job. He added that his finest moment being in the WWF would probably be
when he returned as Cactus Jack and winning his first WWF Championship.
Foley continued saying that he will do something about what Triple H did to
him, but he would not get very upset in front of his family, Jim Ross, and
the WWF viewers.

• In the backstage area, Triple H was shown genuinley upset about how
everyone was taking the Mick Foley firing. He told X-Pac to take out all of
his agressions on Paul Wight and added that if he didn't win he would be
fired.

• Chris Jericho versus Chyna *Intercontinental Championship* - No Decision Made
- Chyna picked up a microphone and explained that the only reason she saved
Chris Jericho and his title week after week was becuase she wanted to win
the title from him. Jericho then took a microphone and disclaimed that
statement by saying that Chyna wanted his body. Chyna quickly attacked
Jericho, hit him with a DDT, and locked him in the ropes; Jericho then
quicked her over and hit his famous top rope dropkick. While The Kat was on
the apron, Chyna low blowed Jericho only to be countered with a bulldog and
a Jerichosault. The referee was then knocked out (as was Chyna) after a
spinning heel kick as Jericho missed a chair shot for a pedigree. The
referee was still drowsy, and by the time a new one got in the ring she only
got a two-count. Chyna was then suplexed onto a steel chair as one referee
counted Jericho for a three and another referee counted Chyna for a three.
The senior official, Tim White, then ran to the ring and took the title away
from both competitors who brawled on the canvas.

• In the eighth moment in the "Classic Mick Foley" series, The Rock and Sock
Connection were shown being formed after they won the Tag Team Championship
from Paul Wight and The Undertaker.

• Farooq versus Buh Buh Ray Dudley - No Contest
- Farooq took the early advantage by overpowering Buh Buh Ray Dudley. The
match was called a disqualification after Bradshaw and D-Von ran into the
ring to interfeer. The Mean Street Posse then ran down and mugged The
Acolytes with clubs.

• The ninth "Classic Mick Foley" series moment featured Mankind's "This is
Your Life" special for The Rock. The tenth moment shown was Mick Foley
first introducing his "Have a Nice Day!" book to the WWF crowd.

• In the backstage area, DeGeneration X was shown mulling over exactly what
Triple H did to them, especially X-Pac.

• Viscera/Jacqueline pinned Gangrel/Luna
- In this intergender tag team match, Jackie and Luna began it with speed.
Viscera was then tagged in, and with Luna on his back he could not be moved.
Gangrel then ran into the ring and got Samoan dropped as Viscera picked Luna
up again and slammed her for the pin. B.B. and the EMT's then ran to the
ring to help Luna as the WWF cut backstage.

• The Rock Interview.
- As The Rock was leaving, Michael Hayes screamed a question asking The Rock
if he felt responsible for Mick Foley's firing. The Rock then walked all
the way back to where Hayes was to explain that it was Triple H's fault for
signing the match and not his for winning it to keep his job. He then
called Tori a skitzo for even thinking that The Rock would like her as he
grabbed Hayes' shirt and yelled at him for even suggesting that he would get
a good man, who shed his blood, sweat, and tears, for wrestling fired.

• Triple H/X-Pac/Jesse James/Billy Gunn pinned Paul Wight
- In a non-title match, if X-Pac lost he would be fired from the Federation.
Paul Wight immediatley dominated X-Pac with his size and threw him around
like a sack of potatoes. As Wight had X-Pac high in the air, Triple H added
that it was a handicap match. The Road Dogg ran down to fight as both men
took care of Wight. Wight then had both men in a chokeslam as Triple H
added that it was a three-an handicap match. Wight quickly splashed all
three men in one corner, however they quickly hit him with heel kicks and
punches. Triple H then added himself as a partner, ran down to the ring,
hit Wight in the head with a steel chair to make him bleed, and held him to
allow Gunn to hit a fame-asser on a steel chair. X-Pac then hit a bronco
buster as Triple H hit a pedigree for the pin.

• DeGeneration X then, with Stephanie McMahon-Helmesly, picked up Paul Wight
and said that you could either get your ass kicked or fired.
