By Joel Vincent Howard My sister was and always will be a great woman She taught me things that I would love to learn from her again My sister, oh how we made each other laugh, and how we do so many things together we would do things no matter what the weather my sister we have done a lot together but one thing we did together once was cry I would then comfort you with all my heart and then we would both let out a sigh My Sister I cry again, so many tears, but I cry alone As I hear mother moan at the loss of one of her kin Now you lie peacefully beneath Mother Nature's Skin... A Life By Joel Vincent Howard You stare not knowing who or what you are.... Inside of the darkness the world seems so distant....so far..... You hear noises and voices being murmered, yet they are not understandable. in blame of the tiny darkened world around you Encased in a mother's womb, you grow and are nourished like a blooming flower....But you are still..You do not breathe the one breath...the breath of life You Sit in your darkened world waiting...waiting to be free...you sit still...waiting....waiting...and then everything sounds much more clearer to you. You sense your waiting lessen. You have come a long way. you are a gift. Growing patiently, waiting to be born into a new world...and then you hear a strange noise and wonder what it is... You suddenly feel yourself moving..Scared at first. Then You are blinded by the brightness of the new world. You Feel a sharp sting and can amazingly breathe and begin crying because you are scared and the new world is cold. But you are wrapped in a blanket and cease from crying. As You are Laid In a bed you stare around at this new world trying to understand it. Now away from your darkened world, brought into a brighter world in which you can discover what the strange noises were caused by. As you grow older you begging to understand the world better. Seeing the world so simple...yet later in your life your eyes truly do opem seeing the hidden dangers of the world. These dangers shattering your life for eternity....destined for death.....true misery......... You painfully cry out for help....you are wishing.....Begging....For mercy....for Love...But you get punishment in return...You are beat....Beat like a disobeying slave. You sit black and blue with the bruises of innocense....Crying...Crying....Crying.... Your Tears Soak Your Pillow Through. All of your tears are for just One thing that you wish for everyday........ BY TIFF WHEN WE FIRST MET I THOUGHT U WERE TAKEN THERE WAS SOMETHING ABOUT YOU THAT DREW ME TO YOU AS WE GOT TO KNOW EACH OTHER MORE MY FEELINGS GREW STRONGER FOR U ONE DAY I FOUND OUT I WAS STARTING TO LOVE U BUT FEAR OF A BROKEN HEART KEPT ME BACK I HELD MY LOVE FOR U INSIDE TILL ONE DAY I HAD TO LET IT OUT MY LOVE FOR U WAS TO MUCH FOR MAH HEART TO HOLD IT CAME TO A SHOCK FOR U AND ME BOTH CUZ WE FELT THE SAME WAY NOW WE'RE TOGETHER AND ALL I CAN SAY IS ALL MY LOVE IS FOR YOU I TRULY LOVE U FROM THE BOTTOM OF MAH HEART SOMETHING MORE BY TIFF WHEN WE FIRST MET IT WAS PURELY FRIENDSHIP AS WE LEARNED MORE AND MORE ABOUT EACH OTHER OUR FEELINGS GREW TO SOMETHING MORE TO AFRAID TO CONFRONT EACH OTHER THE THOUGHT THAT MAYBE THERE WAS SOMEONE ELSE IN EACH OTHERS LIVES CAUSED US TO HOLD BACK SO WE HID OUR FEELINGS TOWARD EACH OTHER KNOWING IT WAS SOMETHING MORE THEN ONE DAY I SAID I LOVE YOU AND WE CAME TO FIND OUT THAT WE WERE MEANT TO BE WE FELT THE SAME FOR EACH OTHER NOW WE'RE TOGETHER A FRIENDSHIP THAT TURNED TO SOMETHING MORE I LOVE YOU  THE END =) I Saw a Light By Rochelle  I saw a light at the end of a tunnel that was long and dark. But that light was bright and called me forth. And as I walked toward it, each step grew harder. Still I walked on. I could see on the walls different stages of my life. For each time I experienced hardships my steps grew light. My curiosity grew. Somehow I knew, that at those times, those really hard times, someone was helping me through. And as I neared the end of that tunnel, that long, treacherous tunnel, my feet never touched the ground. I knew you were carrying me through. I realized that light was from you. All my life, you called to me. All my life you walked with me. During the hard times you helped me through. All my life I loved you. And for the rest of my life I will thank you. The end!! =)
