CRITERIA:
• Absolutely No Porn and No Profanity.
• Any sites that Promotes Hatred and Violence are not allowed.
• Web sites that Discriminates Gender, Religion, Race and Origin are not Permitted.
• Web sites that Abuse Women, Children, or Animals are not permitted.
• Absolutely no Sites about Hacking is Permitted.
• To Comply with C.O.P.P.A. Applicants should be over the age of 14.
• You should have a page reserved for the awards, an award should have it's own place in your website.
• No Bandwidth Stealing.
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
1.) The Design and Lay-out, unique combination and use of Colors.
2.) Music is not required to have, but if you do have background music it must have a turn on/off button.
3.) No flashing texts or anything tYpE lIkE ThiS.
4.) Graphics doesn't have to be your own, but please give Credit to where Credit is Due.
5.) Don't be alarm if some of your graphics doesn't show up, I allow a few due servers sometimes having troubles (being down).
6.) Easy navigation is a plus, as long as I don't get lost, then everything should be fine.
7.) Quick loading time is a plus, though I won't make a big deal about it if it's a little slower, I'm very patient..but for how long?
8.) All sites must be in English or have a translation in English.
Please cut down on the use of slang words and spelling errors.
9.) Horizontal scrolling is a turn-off, though i will allow up to four (4) clicks.
10.) Your Website must not be a site full of just links, it must have some kind of Purpose.
11.) Must have a minimum of Five Pages, excluding awards pages and links Pages.
12.) No "Under Construction" signs please.
13.) No password protected page(s) or anything that requires plug-ins or memberships (ie: Comet Cursor).
14.) Pop-up windows are very annoying please limit it to one or two.
15.) You must display my award to your website (Awards Pages), a link back is optional but appreciated.
16.)You can alter my awards, like re-sizing it.
