Talking about my feelings is not one of my strong points, it never has been. I communicate through my art, whether it's painting, drawing, even photography. It's how i express myself, though many people around me don't really understand it, i look at it as a gift.
Being from a small town in northwest Ohio, i don't get the opportunity to show off my talent. I am Sophomore and Defiance College, majoring in Art. I'm the starting point guard for the Lady Jackets Basketball team, and that is the only reason I'm going to school there. If it wasn't for basketball, i would be going to an art institute, which is still an option at the moment. I just want people to see what i can do off the court. My whole life I've been looked at as an athlete, but I'm more than that, I'm an artist. |
