REMEMBERING A VERY TALENTED YOUNG MAN Keven A. Conner, a*k*a "Dino", lead singer of the multiplatinum r&b group H-Town, and his fiance' Teshya Rae Weisent were called home to rest January 28, 2003. Dino's God brother Lamar Franklin departed his life December 24, 2002. Dino was a very talented young man who will be greatly missed by his friends, family, & fans as well. The music industry has suffered a great loss. So, I would just like to take the time to honor the memory of these three Angels as they Rest In Peace. WHY I LOVE H-TOWN SO MUCH!! WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE?!!! The reason I love H-Town so much is they are the hottest MultiPlatinum R&B group to hit the music scene since the early 1990's!! I mean don't get me wrong, I love other artists such as Silk, Jodeci, Roger Troutman (RIP), and The Isley Brothers. But these men have what it takes!! A sound that is "Untouchable"!! That's why I have created a slogan: "One of a Kind Sound" because no one, no where, no way, no how can remake or even imitate their music. I especially loved their cd Ladies Edition Woman's World because this particular cd sends a messege. A messege to men that all women are special regardless of what race. And that they should be treated with love and respect. Not MISTREATED!! WHY I CREATED THIS POEM WEBSITE The reason I created this website for the fellas was to show them my love and that I am a true "die hard" fan. Also to send out words of ENCOURAGEMENT, COMFORT, AND INSPIRATION. Losing a brother, a partner, and best friend is a very painful and emotional time for anyone to go through. So I felt these poems would ENCOURAGE the guys and families to stay strong, find COMFORT through the healing power of God, as well as INSPIRE them to "KEEP THE H-TOWN LEGACY ALIVE". IN LOVING MEMORY I would just like to take the time to remember these three Angels whose souls God called to Eternal Rest. "May They Rest In Peace".
