| This service offers the "Return of lost or stolen keys" or, other personal items(c)Copyright, James M. DeVone, Sr., 2000), to the owner. The Developer of this service, James M. DeVone, Sr., has spent many years studying the behavioral characteristics of the general population, on the campuses of Duke University, Durham, NC and North Carolina Central University(NCCU) where he developed the service.
