DeVone, Sr., has spent many years studying the behavioral characteristics of the general population, on the campuses of Duke University, Durham, NC and North Carolina Central University(NCCU) where he developed the service. Accordingly, this service was recognized by "United States Presidential & Senatorial Task Force Members", as it was offered to the United States Military and Federal Government employees in the mid-80's. An "Identification Code or Number" is given to the keys owners. The keys owner is notified by this service that the keys have been found. 2. $4.95, plus a $2 "Shipping & Handling Charge".
