Yes, yes, yes you all ready know it, eat all your greens and drink plenty of water. Bet mum says this every day, but really start doing it. Brocoli and brussel sprouts aren't the yummiest foods in the world but if your going on a diet than you better start forgetting sweets. Also start drinking water, water isn't that tastey either but start getting used to at least 1 litre of water a day - no excuses! Also cut down on wheat and flour based foods such as cereal, and switch to brown bread from now on!
