Paintball is the fun and adrenaline packed sport that is basically tag with guns. These guns, or more correctly called markers, Shoot geletin balls ,.68 in diameter, filled with paint and are powered by Co2. The object is to tag your opponent with the paintballs to get the person out. Even though the object stretches farther than just tagging your opponent, that is the basic idea. If you've never heard of the sport of paintball this web site will give you a little taste of what I believe is the best sport ever.
I've been playing paintball for about three and a half years and have seen the sport grow tremendously. Now they have markers that shoot 13+ balls a second, and barrels that double your range by putting backspin on the ball. And the paintball industry is not going to stop there.
Make sure that you always wear saftey gear, mainly your mask. That's the number 1 rule in paintball. Losing an eye because you didn't wear your mask shouldn't happen. And if you think it can't happen, believe me it can because you get shot in the mask a lot.
I first got interested in paintball on my 13th birthday when some family members took me to play paintball at Orlando Paintball in Florida and now I'm hooked and have been playing ever since.
