Football is good because it trains your body and is building your muscle. I am playing football since i was 6 years old. I like football. It is well documented that regular physical activity promrotes health: research suggests that exersice reduces the risk of certain chronic diseases and promotes longevity. To reap the benefits of exersice, guidelines suggest that you should exersice for 20-30 minutes, three to five times per week. Playing football two or three times a week will help you to reach these levels, and will provide you with a number of health benefits. |
