One strange thing is, without of question, the emergence of Kane. The supposed long-lost- brother of the Undertaker also had a birth of Isaac Yankem, D.D.S. and then the Re- born Diesel. Both of those gimmicks flopped, but Glen Jacobs was and still is a commodity that intrigues the WWF.
Whether or not Kane cuts it as an attraction is one issue. Another is how work hard to get better, Jacobs keeps getting pushed into slots that probably do not give him a chance to develop as a performer.
As Kane, Jacobs must follow a certain formula to be true to the character. Whether that formula fits with the abilities that Jacobs brings to the table is another question. If Jacobs and Kane do not mesh in the manner that Mark Callaway has as the Undertaker, this is another bizarre WWF idea heading for the waste basket.
