Everyone that has an appreciation for anime or manga are allowed here. I need people like you to give your oppinion about my future thoughts about my own anime and manga. I have always had thoughts about manga and anime of my own, but never did I start it. I would only get as far as the characters, plot, and title, and maybe one page if it were manga.
