1.talk to thman with the coffe in pallet town.
2.Then fly to cinnabar island.
3.surf on th side of cinnabar gym.
4.A chip kind of looking pokemon named missingno will show up on your screen.
5.Beat him and the 6th item on your item list will be duplicated over 99!
