| Never be afraid, to fall in love! |

| DREAMS SHATTERED Hurting souls are aching all into the night, something that is special just doesn't seem quite right. Why is this so affecting that hurting tears can't hide, that pounding in your chest that is killing you inside. You care so much and wish that it could be so different, instead your life is turning into an everlasting torment. While he sleeps so soundly you are only in lost into your dreams, you know nothing anymore and nothing is how it seems. You can actually feel your heart breaking and tearing you up inside, Your outer shell is collapsing while your innerside collides. Your life is no longer worth it he is all you'll ever need, you want to take his hand and follow where he may lead. You want him everyday because you thought he loved you too, you try so hard to forget but can't help crave his arms around you. But for now the wishing grows and the emptiness moves in, your imagination is all a dream but you know that you must win! When you stop hurting is the day that you will feel, that one day you will find a love that is real. Until then you must suffer and remember those cutting words, that in a second made you realize that your dreams are suddenly shattered. - Jennifer Peterson Copyright 1997 A WORD OF WARNING Don't ever fall in love, my friend You'll find it doesn't pay Although it causes broken hearts It happens everyday. You'll wonder where he is at night And wonder if he's true One moment you'll be happy The next you'll be blue. Each time you chance to meet him Your heart begins to dance Your world revolves around him There's nothing like romance. Then it happens, and you don't know why You worry every night Yes, my friend, you're losing him Love never turns out right. Love is fine, but hurts too much The price you pay is high If you could choose love or death I think I'd rather die. The fantasy takes over the mind Nothing is real anymore, We are forced fiercely into a closet And we can't even hear the shut of the door. We don't see it happening We are so naive, But, we don't even see it Until our greatest fantasy leaves. A broken heart is left And who is to blame? We are- it is our fault We couldn't see through a game. All who were watching did not dare speak as a silent tear ran down his cheek. All through his mind the memories ran, of the moments they laughed and played in the sand. But now her eyes look so terribly cold, he will never have her again to hold. They watchen in silence as he bent down near, to whisper "I Love You" softly in her ear. Touching her face he started to cry, he put on his ring and wanted to die. And just as the wind started to blow, they lowered her casket deep in the snow. - Author Unknown THE SUBCONSCIOUS STATE OF MIND I have fallen to the greatest depth of despair. It just started with one tiny step. A consequential step that lead to an even more elaborate one. The bigger the steps got, the blurrier my rationalization became. I have become closer and closer to living in a world of imagination. All of my painful problems are suddenly washed away. Right along with the real world I once lived in. I am falling completely out of control into a state of insanity. As I fall, it gets much darker and steeper. My past is no longer remembered and the present is only an image. Before I land, I shed a heartache tear of relief. I have made my destination. I have made it to the bottom. My nightmare is almost over. My endless mystery will remain endless. No one will find me. - Jennifer Peterson Copyright 1996 LOVE To love is the greatest gift To look into another's eyes and see them shine inside To tell them I love you To even lose your life for that certain someone How great that love But to be loved How sweet the feeling But how bitter the hate As you grow together or sometimes apart To share a lifetime, or to spend a second As long as I can see you, that's all I ask I love your smile,a nd that cute little laugh Your my best friend, my only love As we walk hand in hand Down the road of life I look into your eyes, and I see myself, And as struggles come along And we face them together I promise that we will last forever. Your hand I will never let loose, Your love forever in my heart. And when you trun to me at night, Then the words that come out so sweet " I love you." Then I know in my heart tha tyou love me back. The joy I can't forget. My life is now complete. So why are you leaving me now? A hole so deep in depth; My heart a million tiny pieces, Yet your love seems so close. I see you each day, yet it's not the same; I cherish each moment Because the end comes so fast. A blink of my eye and your gone forever. My love forever loss. Those times I'll never forget. The love and the lost Each day comes and each day goes I see you happy, And I wonder why? Cause inside I'm slowly dying, Come back to me, my only love.
