Freshly harvested corn and alfalfa fields lay in the valley. The air is crisp and clean. Autumn's golden colors fill the vista as you look across the valley at daybreak. You are ready to hunt the ancient prairie chicken or the sharp tailed grouse; the majestic deer; or the wild dog of America, the coyote. You'll get your hunt off to a great start when you stay as a guest in our home! Get a great night's sleep in your comfortable private room with only the lullaby of the coyote's howl. Enjoy a hot, hearty breakfast while we discuss the day. I have lived all of my life right here and hunting is my passion. I will take you where the game is. With nearly 12,000 acres of hunting grounds to cover, I'll take you on a safari-style hunt in the rough and wild country. After a morning of outdoor adventure, come home to a hot lunch and a little R&R. Maybe you'll find Native American artifacts as our valley has been a favored hunting ground for hundreds of years. When the day is done, come back to the house for a delicious home-style dinner and a beautiful, unobstructed sunset. A commercial meat market in Arthur, Nebraska will be happy to process your deer. I am expert at cleaning birds, shinning coyotes and your trophy deer. Our private trophy room is the perfect place for hunters to gather in the evening to swap great hunter's tales. I have hunted extensively in Canada and the American Mid-West and have many stories to share. I have been on many guided hunts and know what makes a great hunt. | How to Get Here |
| You can fly into Denver International Airport (D.I.A.), Denver, Colorado, then fly to North Platte, Nebraska as we will pick you up there. You can rent a car at D.I.A. and drive up to Nebraska to Ogallala. Take Highway 26 north to Lake McConaughy then continue on Highway 92 for 35 miles to Arthur. Continue on Highway 92 three miles east to the sign for Enfield Ranch Company. Turn south on the first gravel road for three miles. Turn left on the first gravel road under the powerlines and at the tree planting award sign. We are in the second house on that road. If you become lost, just ask anyone for directions to the Enfield Ranch or call us. Please call ahead so someone will be at the house to assist you. |

| Call 1-800-764-2477 Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. A 50% deposit must accompany your reservation. Deposit is non-refundable if not canceled within 90 days before the hunting season you've reserved for begins. Final payment is due on arrival. We accept money orders or travelers checks (sorry, no credit cards). Apply for a Nebraska hunting permit for the Platte Unit.
