Hi! If you don't know already Helping Hands is a group of girls who work hard to help out our comunity.  We always work outside (with the exception to nursing homes) and we always have a parent with us. Please understand that we are only avalible to Des Moines and Altoona, Iowa. We can not use any mecanical tools or use anything sharp or dangerous. We can paint, plant and do much more.
