Polished mode:

No meters mode:
Win the WWF title in challenge mode with the Undertaker under the medium or hard difficulty level.
Big head mode:
Win the WWF title in challenge mode with British Bulldog under the medium or hard difficulty level.
No wimps mode:
Win the WWF title in challenge mode with Ken Shamrock or Farooq under the medium or hard difficulty level. Blocking is disabled when this mode is active.
Bean mode:
Win the WWF title in challenge mode with Mosh or Thrasher under the medium or hard difficulty level. Belching and farting is enabled with this mode.
Ego mode:
Win the WWF title in challenge mode with Ahmed Johnson under the medium or hard difficulty level. Crowd cheers will increase the size of the wrestler's head, while boos will make it shrink.
Alternate costume colors:
Hold C-Left + C-Right + C-Up + C-Down and press A at the character selection screen.
Random wrestler:
Hold Up and press Block at the character selection screen.
Dizzy wrestler:
Hold L or R at the Create-a-wrestler or Biographies screen.
Fight in Wrestlemania ring:
Win both titles under challenge mode and defend the WWF title from all other wrestlers. The title match will be in the Wrestlemania ring.

you will hear a sound. Then, highlight a wrestler at the character
selection screen and press C-Left, C-Right, L, R, C-Left, C-Right, L, R,
Z. Now all three hidden wrestlers related to that wrestler will be
unlocked.

All Wrestlers - At the title screen, press C-Right(4), C-Left(4), R(4),
L(4), Z to unlock all forty-eight bonus wrestlers in the game. If you
entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.

All Rings - At the title screen, press C-Left, L, C-Right, R, C-Left, L,
C-Right, R, Z. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.
Then, The Graveyard, Spaceship, Circus, Hive, Turbo, Wunderland,

Those are it for now I might post finishes and setup move too the game is like Nitro times 10 with run ins and weapons and the game doesn't slow down and is much faster. Although one thing that sucks though is that they never gave a code for hidden wrestlers looks like you have to beat the game on your own. Wrestlers are updated with Benoit doing the crossface but Saturn cannot do the rings of saturn, bummer.
