Not only are they easy to make, they are filling and taste great.

In order to truly taste the food I suggest the use of Distilled water in the preperation of some of the recipes. The amounts of addidtives, chemicals, metal, and minerals within water supplies for homes and also well water, ( Contains many minerals and biologics ) will alter the taste of food, and the over abundance of such chemicals as Chloride and Flouride in tap water can be lethal and unhealthy for consumption, not excluding other foreign materials and minerals within the drinking water. Distilled water is the purest and can not be straight tap water. It has been evaporated and collected. No chemicals, Minerals, biologics, or Additives.

I also suggest that if a recipe calls for a bullion powder or cube, to check and make sure that such product does not contain MSG Monosodium Glutamate in its ingredients.
