Garden of Dreams
A great brit-pop five piece that brakes down the barriers of gender, diet, depression, desperation, love and hate. This influential band, fronted by singer / songwriter Gene Blalock, has released only a few, but none the less smashing albums that are all worth the price of bankruptcy. Buy into them whole-artedly.

Over the past ten years, Garden of Dreams has carefully sculpted its music – reminiscent of everything from a passionate whisper in a lover's ear to the anguished cries of the forlorn in deep winters embrace, Garden has long exhibited a range of emotion and soul that is exciting and refreshing. 1999 marked the release of "Everything," an aptly named album in light of the musical traversal of styles and moods - from new-age to Brit-pop to ambient experimental, and from overwhelmed to overjoyed. Since its release, a number of artists have asked permission to remix Garden’s songs.
As a result, on March 20, 2000, Seraph will offer a limited release of "In sight of skies turned out," an interpretation of the music of "Everything" by ten different artists. Instead of rehashing Garden’s music, the artists have interpreted Garden’s songs in their own unique styles. From ambient to house to entirely bizarre, the results are both true to the original music, yet entirely different. If you're a fan, this is a must-have disc. Come listen as each new storyteller adds their own nuances, drawing listeners into territories never before explored.
