to beat the pokemon champion get a level 70 or higher sceptile that knows-giga drian, leaf blade, false swipe and any other move. and if you want some 65 or higher electric type pokemon.

after you beat your dad the 5th gym and get surf, go back to Rustboro. Then surf all the way up, move past the rocks. then when you look in the grass at the very top left look in there to find a SWELLOW and GIGGLYPUFF. also after you beat the elite four go to the rock manics house where you get dig, and there will be a new door there. go in and then you can catch DITTo and other boring pokemon.

in the game you can only catch one of the 2. Latios or latias. in order to get the other one compare libraries with a ruby/saphire that already has eon ticket and you will get it.then use the boat in lillycove to go to the southern islands and you will gind no other pokemon that the other lati.get off the boat enter the forest at the top and you will see something on the ground that is green, then press A infront of it and then you will see the other lati appear at level 50 .another way is to beat the battle tower 100 times with different pokemon everytime you make a challenge. then talk to your dad and then he gives it to you. that how you get it in ruby if you have the game too.
