-A child's heart-

every moment i grow stronger
silence me you can no longer
listen now to what i say
for in time my words will fade
laughter as the children play
shadows dance on walls of grey
children know not innocence
but to enjoy their present tence
even through the darkest skies
happiniess shines in their eyes
but laughing children soon grow older
and with their age their hearts grow colder
darkened minds can now see plain
and for themselves they wish to gain
theres a word for this impurity
but most have called it maturity

-A suicidle thought-

i would've already commit suicide
if it wasn't for the need to survive
even through such pain and corruption
suicide is not an option
some have called it a simple depression
others have called it a cry for attention
but my actions are not ruled by emotion
and its not like i mean to make such a commotion
but i have somethin to say u might want to hear
only thing that comes easy in life are tears...

-Ashes-

Ashes of a burning heart,
If they were sparks a fire'd start;
but cold and grey they sufficate,
and fire they can never make.

Hurt and pain surround me,
As i sprinkle ashes out to sea;
Tears i swore i'd never shead,
Come down in rushing streams instead.

These ashes are my ashes,
They bring back memories of the past;
A brand new fire is what i need,
So forgotten ashes need to leave.

My heart once glowing oh so bright,
The flames have all died inspite;
My stugggle to keep the fire going,
But the fires hunger keeps on growing.

No matter how many ashes float by,
In the ocean of my troubled life;
Or how many times they're swept by rain,
Ashes continue to bring me pain.

I thought that ashes didn't belong,
But they've helped me learn and kept me strong;
So if you ever fall apart,
Think of me and don't restart.

-Just think-

Theres a knife against her throat
She could scream but she wont
She cant breath, her lifes a wreck
Blood trickles down her neck
Fear overcomes her and she lets out a yell
There was no one to talk to, no one to tell
Now its too late, the end is so near
It really is sad no one could hear
The painful cries she made
Or the see the way she gave
Her heart out to everyone
And would care for anyone
But when it came her turn to cry
There was no one by her side
You were there and you could see
The pain swelling silently
If you just reached out your hand
And helped her to stand
All that pain she went through
But what did u do?
You walked away....

all alone in my head
with no one to talk to
the things that ive said
were said to remind you

i will always be there
no matter the distance
and i wont really care
how strong the resistance

but as i sit here alone
i begin to question
i remember your tone
what was your intention?

did you try to make me cry?
did you know youd break my heart?
i can no longer live my life
for it is falling apart

the voices i hear
are no longer my own
and i sit here in fear
for my hunger has grown

the need to be accepted
no longer applies
and now to be rejected
can no longer make me cry

my feelings have faded
my emotions are gone
feelings are over-rated
emotions make things wrong

i can almost see clearly
but soft tears blurr my vision
i loved you so dearly
but youve made your decision.
