AUDIT AND COUNCILS DEPARTMENT
The audit was since always the principal mission entrusted to
the countable experts.
With the evolution of the economic world, the countable
listener became, required obliges the adviser of the company and
conceives the mission of audit like a tool of prevention and
protection of the company of certain financial skids and management.
This department is equipped with several made up permanent
teams revisers, assistants and consultants external with the cabinet.
The teams are directed and framed by countable experts members of

Our interventions touched all the economic sectors. We have
audited national companies and official semi companies since about

ORGANIZATION DEPARTMENT
Directed by a Countable Expert, this department assumes the
following missions:

Installation of the plan of organization
Action plans of improvement of the productivity of the
resources
This department takes part in the various strategic missions and leads
the missions of organisational diagnosis to the level of all the cells
of business management.
It profits from the contribution of engineers in
organization, consultants in maintenance and engineers in energy
management.
They intervene upstream and downstream at the time of the
creation of the project then to ensure the maintenance of the system
and the organisational devices. Specific and preventive missions
intervene during the social life of the company.
Our cabinet counts among the significant missions of
organization, those carried out for the account of public companies in
the sectors of tourism, transport, mechanics, the shipbuilding, hotel
trade and agriculture
TAXATION AND PARTNERSHIP DEPARTMENT
Because of the advantages granted by the Tunisian legislator
and inserted in the Code of Incations into the Investments, our
Cabinet A recently creates this department for draîner the foreign
capital and to make profit the investors foreign from the sources of
advantages, tax, legal, code of the exchange, human resources and
different avangages specified by the code.
Our Cabinet listed the demands for partnership of investors
of various countries with projects targeted and extremely profitable
as well in the industrial sectors as tourist and maritime. Our
interventions consist in connecting the applicants and offreurs of
partnership, facilitating the reception facilities and preparing the
technico-economic studies of faisablility in order to ensure itself of
the profitability of the projects to create.
