Before I start explaining Da Rules, let me make one thing perfectly clear: These rules are IN ADDITION to any other rules accepted by the EQ community, such as No Kill Stealing and... Well, don'tgo around stealing other people's kills, ya hear?
1- The Eastern Assassins are a roleplay only guild. It is assumed that once your personae hits EQ, then you are already in character and shall stay that way for the duration of your stay. The EA prides itself on going further then the average Norrathian in terms of personality... whether it be a good personality or bad.
2- Having an attitude is not only helpful... IT'S MANDATORY.
3- The Eastern Assassins considers itself as a force to safeguard the people of Norrath, and not to destroy it. Just thought to remind ya all on what we're about. This means no killing other members of "god" races, unless the a-holes really deserve it.
4- The breaking of other people's hearts is STRICKLY FORBIDDEN!
5- Kissing up to the boss is not only helpful... IT'S MANDATORY.
6- All members must be able to tell their asses from their elbows. You laugh, but some people, I swear...
7- I make the rules, and don't you forget it! This guild is fairly young, and I'm still learning the ropes myself.
Becoming an officer becomes a little more difficult. All EA officers must represent the cream of the EA crop. Either that, or they are people that Fatcharlie made officers, and that I don't know about. They have the responsibility over whom they hire and their actions, so becoming an officer has dire responsibilities.
1- All would-be officers must have paid their dues to our community. They must have been regular members for some considerable amount of time.
2- There's a level cap (Level 13 minimum)
3- Only primary characters can be officers, not secondary characters.
4- An officer must kiss up twice as much as a regular member does.
5- An officer must have twice as much attitude then a regular member.
6- Guild officers must hire new members responsibly. The EA has an image to maintain, and as an officer, you are responsible for all the members that you hire. As a general rule, you should consult with me before hiring anyone, but if I chose you to be an officer, you should already know what kind of people we hire and whom we don't.
7- Guild officers CANNOT try to take over the guild for themselves.
8- All regular members that want to become an officer MUST answer a special skill-testing question. HA-HA! |
