| AMERICAN EAGLES SOFTBALL CLUB |
 |
The American Eagles Softball was created to compete internationally, promote the game of softball world-wide, and broaden the horizons of young athletes culturally and athletically.
In 2006 the Eagles will be taking a team of 14-16 year-old softball players to play in Australia - Cairns & Brisbane.
Applications for participation will be accepted from all young women who have experience competing in fast-pitch softball.
The cost of the 15-day trip to Australia is $3,995.
Any family or firends that would like to travel with the American Eagles can sign up as a supporter. Supporters travel on the same itinerary with the team and the cost is the same.
Softball teams that would like to travel on similar programs internationally may enter their own teams into the same tournaments that the Eagles participate in. If you have an interest in learning about taking your own softball club overseas, you can contact Vince Askey at (858) 755-1016, or at VAskey@aol.com
The American Eagles Softball Club is an evolution of the American Eagles Baseball Club, that has been competing world-wide since 1984. You can visit the Eagles Baseball Club web site at www.maxpages.com/EaglesBaseball
