Compsognathus (Carnivore)
Despite it's small size, the Compsognathus may well have been the largest Carnivore (flesh eating) land animal that lived on its group of islands. The Semi-Desert Climate would not have been capable of supporting the veg required to nourish the number of big herbs (plants) that largest carnivores would have needed as meet supply.
Diplodocus (Herbivore)
Diplodocus resembled a walking suspension bridge and was a long as a tennis court!
Stegosaurus (Herbivore)
The Stegosaurus ("Roof Lizard")is as heavy as a rhinoceros and about the length of a bus. The Stegosarus was the biggest planet eating dinosour ever discovered!
Brachiosaurus (Herbivore)
The Brachiosaurus was equivalent to that of ten modern-day elephants, although a recalcuation brough its number down to six.
Apatosaurus (Herbivore)
The Apatosaurus had 82 more bones in it's tail than the Diplodocus (It's closer relative). The Apatosaurus grew nearly as long as a tennis court, and stood higher than the hips of an elephant. This dinosaur weighed as much as four or five elephants!
Mamenchisaurus (Herbivore)
The Mamenchisaurus ("Mamen Brook Lizard") origionated from China, it had more cervical vertebrae (neck bones) than any other Sauropod ("Lizard-Footed Dinosaur") and had the longest neck of any animal ever known to man. Some Individuals may have had a neck 15m (49ft) long.
Allosaurus (Canivore)
The Allosaurus ("Strange Lizard") was one of the biggest Carnivores (flesh eating dinosaurs) before the Tyrannosaurids (Dinosaurs like the T-Rex (Tyrannosaurus) appeared some 30 million years later. Allosaurus's had the immense, expandable jaws, and a long, curved, saw-edged teeth. A thick S-curved neck supported the head, and a long deep tail counterbalanced the heavy front of the terryfying Therapod ("Beast Footed Dion")
Ornitholestes (Carnivore)
The Ornitholestes had a whip-like tail. It comprrised more than half of 'Omitholestes' length. Ornitholestes's individuals probably grew as long as a tall human, yet weighed no more than a medium sized dog!
