Amazing find - Veloceraptor

An amazing find in Monguila in the 1970s showed this ferocious predator in action. A well-Preserved and almost complete skeleton of Velociraptor was discovered cluching the skull of another dinosaur, Protoceratops, with it's front limbs. Most probably Velociraptor had used its clawed feet to rip the belly of Protoceratops, which had fought back and caved in thr chest of the Veloceraptor wish its horny beak, before it too died. This find was particularly exciting because it showed clear evidence of a Carnivorous dinosaur attack.

Triassic Perioud
The Triassic period about 248-208 MYA (million years ago), was the first phase of the Mesozoic era, often called the age of the dinosaurs. All lands formed one supercontinent called Pangaea

The Jurassic period
The Jurassic period about 208-144 MYA, marked the middle of the Mesozoic era. By this time the supercontinent of Pangaea was breaking up.

The Cretaceous period
The Cretaceous period about 144-65 MYA, marked the last phase of the Mesozoic era, and the modern day continents were beginning to form.
