| COMPAC, Inc. is a mutual benefit, non-profit, California corporation that serves the mobilehome owners residing in mobile parks within San Diego County, California. The organization has only two major goals which are: 1. Seek rent fairness for all mobilehome owners residing in the county rental mobilehome parks. 2. Provide information -education for mobilehome owners in San Diego County on their rights provided within the sections of the California Civil Codes and Regulations. COMPAC strives to achieve these two important goals by being proactive on the implementation of local laws that provide fair rent practices - levels for mobilehome owners in our county. COMPAC provides speakers on request to mobilehome owner groups; publishes a monthly newsletter distributed in the mobilehome parks by volunteer residents of the parks. COMPAC volunteers also assist mobilehome owners in deterining their rights on a one on one basis as needed. COMPAC conducts the following meetings as indicated. All mobilehome owners are encouraged to attend these meeting and provide input. Board of Directors: Meets at 10 AM on the third Monday of each month at SD County HCD located at 3989 Ruffin Road, San Diego, CA. COMPAC Region I: Meets at 7 PM the third Wednesday every other month starting in February of each year at the Club House, Otay Lakes Lodge, 1925 Otay Lakes Road, Chula Vista, CA. COMPAC Region II: Meets at 1:30 PM on the first Monday every other month starting in February each year at the Club House, Greenfield Mobile Estates, 400 Greenfield Drive, El Cajon, CA.
