Brooke Byam is a 22 year old aspiring singer from Clinton, Iowa. She has been entertaining crowds of people ever since she was old enough to sing her first note. Her powerful vocals have landed her gigs opening for national artists. She even gave a performance for Vice-President, Al Gore. Brooke's amazing vocal range allows her to perform any song from Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You", to a beautiful rendition of our country's national anthem, "The Star Spangled Banner". Brooke recently recorded the song "Ironic". Which was then uploaded to American Idol's audition website. From that site, America had a chance to place there votes for who they thought deserved an audition for the American Idol 4 tv show. Who did America vote for? Brooke Byam. Brooke was the winner of last month's competition! Brooke will be auditioning for the show later this summer. So, keep your eyes open for Brooke on next season's American Idol!
