Bervis C. Fries the owner was born and raised in Maine. He loves lobster but could never cook it, as you see it is not on the menu. He loves French Fries more then any other food and his favorite animal is a moose. His father, Coorkic L. Fries was born in Churchill, Canada. He died when attaked by a bear when Bervis was 13. He Promised his father he would continue w/ the restaurant buisness. This is his only restaruant, here on the interweb, but he plans to open more. |
