 
The Information Acts Rights should allow adoption files to be open public records to all. Sealed adoption records are no way to show equal rights to residents short or tall. Maybe it's time to hold individual states responsible for withholding information. Especially when it does not consider and allow adoptees to retrieve up-to-date hereditary information. If an illness, unknown hereditary medical problem or a death happens, due to sealed adoption files, hold the state responsible! After all, they are the one that did not change the state law and are liable. Not the adoptees and their families going through all this.
Consider how many illnesses, disabilities and deaths could have been prevented and treated with proper medical care. Since the files are sealed adoptees pay the price for the unknown, sealed information. Adoptees on disability cannot afford to requisition the court for their information. Instead they sit and suffer, wondering what will they go through next and if not them, how about their children and their children's children?
All of this could have been and now should be prevented. All that has to be done is changing past and present adoptions to open public records. There would be less stress, less holes in adoptees hearts and their unknown siblings lives, with many fewer questions and confusion in the adoptees family doctors mind.
If each individual state wishes to take responsibility, then let them pay the price for withholding information. There is no reason an andoptee should since they never had any say in the situation! This is or should be unconstitutional to the United States of America adoptees and their families.
A POEM FOR ADOPTEES AND THEIR FAMILIES

ADOPTEES RIGHT TO KNOW 

Being adopted was not supposed to be a punishment, but a gift without a doubt.
It's better than being thrown in a dumpster or there about.
It takes a lot of courage for someone to make this decision about adoption.
Adoptees born out-of-wedlock or not, they had no option.
Why punish adoptees by not releasing their family history information?
They did not get themselves into this kind of situation!
Help patch the hole in all adoptees hearts.
Give the adoptees a freedom of speech on their part, and open their adoption files
as a way for starts.
Adoptees are not criminals so why are files sealed?
They should be freely available, not something that gets appealed.
Convicts court records are available to everyone because of their rights to know.
Adoption files should be available to everyone too, regardless of conditions,
whether it be rain, heat or snow.
The rights to adoptees seem to be zero, right?
Why is this when all they want is more insight?
It's tough to trust a court intermediary due to many giving false information.
Adoptees should not have to pay for that and have a right to know their history
insight along with an explanation!

 PART TWO 
 
I now have found another way to get the law changed for the entire country. Let me know about your thoughts on this. It is from the Declaration of independence. If someone is able to prove a law is unconstitutional, they have to change that law!
In the Declaration of Independence it says:
When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for people dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal situation to which the laws of Natures Got entitled them, a decent respect to the opinions of man kind which requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
NOW, If all men are created equal, why is there a drastic situation with adoptees not being allowed to have access to their original birth certificates and family history like all other man kind? That statement in the constitution is totally unconstitutional to all adoptees.
Also in the declaration of independence it says:
We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit to happiness.
How can adoptees be totally happy within themselves and their loving families when they do not even know the unknown about themselves? They have a right to know. How can they stand to live with themselves in the USA when they are not even given access to records on their life history? This too is unconstitutional.
I will have more to fight the country with as I find out more reasons that are unconstitutional.
 
 PART THREE 
 
Why should sealed adoption records and biological parents keep adoptees from having the one close bearing relation away from them?
Do these biological mothers actually believe or think that their children, put up for adoption, have no knowledge or ever heard their biological mothers heart beats as they bore their child?
Maybe this is why the adoptees search so hard to find their biological parents with open arms of forgiveness and love!
Do biological parents think adoptees are not ashamed and/or embarrassed when the adoptee has to tell others, " I have no idea who I really am!" Or "I have no idea what I did wrong. Why we are not allowed to know our original birth information and accept our mothers, who bore us, with open arms and forgiveness? We did nothing wrong so why do we, the adoptees, have to pay for it?"
Why wouldn't biological mothers/fathers welcome their natural born child, placed up for adoption, with the loving interest adoptees wish to lovingly welcome them with?
If adoptees can actually get the biological mothers and fathers to understand that, grudges are not held, information is needed, adoptees have the right to know who they really are, the adoptees and their children have a right to know medical information on their adopted parents for themselves and their children later in life.
Having to carry the burden of living a life with a situation unresolved and unknown is very sad. Our Declaration of Independence states EVERYONE IS ALLOWED HAPPINESS! How can that be constitutional if adoptees are not happy and the biological parents wanting to know their adoptees, are not? Wanting to know is not a criminal offense!

- POEM NUMBER TWO - 

I am truly sorry you feel the way you do.
Everyone makes mistakes, but the forgiveness and love is all people want to give to you.
I am not sure why you're so scared of being known about or why you think adoptees are only thinking they will use you.
If I ever have the chance to know my mother, I will be there for her with open arms and take care of her with lottery winnings, love and honarable thanks too.
Nothing evil is supposed to come from people's mistakes and wrong doings in adoption.
Everyone has the right to happiness reguardless of the things that have happend in the past when there was no other option.
Adoptees will not hate you for what has happened in the past.
Biological parents need not be ashamed and should not be fearing the unknown being known.
Those who wish to fear the unknown may be losing out by hiding the truth and much more that is now grown.
Do you honestly think you're the only one who has made a mistake or had something happen to learn from?
NO YOU ARE NOT and adoptees know you're not to blame nor will they treat you like scum.
The fear of the unknown is in many people's hearts and lives.
Just because one is an adoptee wanting to know its true history story, does not mean you will be hunted down with knives.
Accept the gratitude of thanks and forgiveness your biological child has to offer too.
There is no need to worry about kinds of hatred since all they want to do is say, I LOVE YOU!

Having open adoption records available is the way up the ladder.
Birth Siblings and Adoptees should not be denied open files.
Denial of constitutional rights cannot be denied from them for miles.
Adoptees and Birth Siblings have been denied rights nation wide.
This is probably who so many Adoptees have died!
