| Adirondack Artworks is an artist owned co-operative located in the Lake Placid Olympic region of the Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York. Founded in the summer of 1983 by five local Natural Bridge artists, the "Artworks" contributing artist list now numbers well over 100 Native American, Canadian, and Anglo artists from throughout North America. We are members of the Indian Arts & Crafts Association, the National Wood Carvers Association, and specialize in wildlife and contemporary woodcarvings, Native American sterling silver jewelry, Iroquois Nation stone carvings & artwork, and pen & ink illustrations. Due to the unique, everchanging, one-of-a-kind nature of the art we represent, a catalogue is impractical. A personel visit to the gallery is highly recommended. We are open twelve months a year. If this is an impossibility for you, we are able to e-mail responses with photo attachments to you after your initial contact informing us as to what you are interested in purchasing. Authenticity and satisfaction are guaranteed. Adirondack Artworks is located on New York State Route 3 in the hamlet of Natural Bridge. Take Exit 48 off of Interstate 81 to Route 3 and then east to the Great Adirondack Mountains. Encourage creativity & beauty...support living artists! |
