Get a pimp suit and bico suit for a clothe shop: If you have did a mission where you have to change cothes and has opened a cothe shop, kill the keeper, do the change cothes cheat from VICE CITY come back out then in the cothe shop and go to the changing room, you'll see the pimp suit and binco suit for purchase.
